UKREiiF 2025

We had the pleasure of attending UKREiiF 2025 (UK Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum), held in our home city of Leeds from 20–22 May 2025. The event welcomed over 24,000 professionals from across the property, construction, infrastructure, and investment sectors, making it one of the UK’s leading platforms for shaping the future of the built environment.

Managing Director Tom Haley and Assistant Quantity Surveyor Ella Gill attended the event itself, while members of the wider Quantik team participated in a number of fringe sessions hosted across Leeds. These events provided valuable networking opportunities and insights into the challenges and innovations shaping the build environment.

UKREiiF 2025 brought together professionals from sectors including housing, transport, local government, energy, real estate development, and construction consultancy. The three-day event focused on key themes such as:

• Net zero and sustainable development
• Modern methods of construction (MMC)
• Regeneration and place-based investment
• Digital transformation in the built environment
• Infrastructure funding and delivery
