Society of Construction Law Panel Discussion

Andrew Shaw Commercial Manager and Freddie Brennan Assistant Quantity Surveyor, recently attended a panel discussion and networking event hosted by the Society of Construction Law, titledThe Complexities of Completion: A Closer Look at Practical Completion.

The panel featured expert insights from Laura McAuley (Addleshaw Goddard), Steven Walker KC and Lauren Adams (Atkin Chambers), and Martin Greenhalf (Turner & Townsend), who explored the legal and practical challenges surrounding the concept of practical completion in construction projects.

The event was expertly organised by Helen Johnson (CMS), Sarah Maylor (Eversheds Sutherland), Mark Pountney (Turner & Townsend), and Neil Boothroyd, and kindly hosted by Addleshaw Goddard LLP at their Leeds office.
