SCL Lunch Leeds

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of attending the Society of Construction Law UK lunch in Leeds. Following a fantastic meal, the highlight of the afternoon was an inspiring talk from Mandy Hickson, who shared her remarkable career story alongside powerful reflections on leadership and teamwork.

Mandy’s insights, drawn from her experience as one of the UK’s first female fast jet pilots, resonated strongly with the challenges we face in construction, from making decisions under pressure to building trust and resilience within high-performing teams.
