Quantik Reports Continued Growth During Q2 2026
The second quarter of 2026 has been another positive period for Quantik as we continue delivering our three-year growth strategy.
Launched at the beginning of the year, the strategy is focused on building a stronger, more resilient consultancy by broadening our service offering, strengthening client relationships, investing in our people and embracing technology that improves the way we work.
Expanding Our Quantity Surveying Services
A key focus during Q2 has been the continued development of our Quantity Surveying team.
Over the last few months, we have expanded our QS offering beyond traditional project support to include dedicated tendering support, Bills of Quantities and wider commercial advisory services. Alongside this, we have continued to strengthen relationships with major contractors and industry leaders across the UK, creating a broader and more balanced portfolio of work.
This diversification is an important step in our long-term strategy. By supporting clients across a wider range of sectors, services and project types, we are building a stronger platform for sustainable growth while creating greater opportunities for our team.
During the quarter, we secured work across a diverse range of services, including Quantity Surveying, Commercial Advisory, Construction Claims, Expert Witness, Bills of Quantities, Tendering Support and Restructuring & Insolvency. We were particularly pleased to see a growing proportion of repeat instructions, reflecting the confidence our clients continue to place in our people and the quality of our work.
Industry Recognition
One of the highlights of Q2 was being named SME of the Year at the Constructing Excellence Yorkshire & Humber Awards.
This recognition reflects the progress the business has made over recent years and acknowledges the commitment, professionalism and expertise shown by the entire team. The award has also significantly increased our profile across the industry, leading to new conversations and opportunities with organisations throughout the construction sector.
Investing in Our People
Developing our people remains central to our long-term strategy.
Throughout Q2, we continued to broaden opportunities for team members to gain experience across different sectors, clients and service lines. This not only supports individual professional development but also strengthens the breadth of expertise available to our clients.
Behind the scenes, we have also been redesigning our professional development framework to provide clearer pathways for career progression while continuing to support our mission of restoring the craft of quantity surveying through technical excellence.
Recruitment has remained an important focus. Our recruitment process has been refined to place greater emphasis on technical capability, initiative and alignment with our values, helping us continue to grow in a measured and sustainable way as demand for our services increases.
Continuing Our Technology Investment
Technology continues to be a significant area of investment for Quantik.
During Q2, we launched the first phase of Quantik Hub, our internal business platform designed to reduce administration, improve collaboration and provide a central location for key business processes. Further functionality will be introduced throughout the remainder of the year to support project delivery and day-to-day operations.
We have also completed a major redevelopment of Quantik GPT, our internal knowledge platform. The latest version introduces structured knowledge libraries, improved project-specific information, enhanced document management and more transparent information sourcing, helping our team access reliable knowledge more efficiently while maintaining consistency across the business.
Looking Ahead
The first half of 2026 has been an important period for Quantik. We have broadened our service offering, strengthened our client portfolio, invested in our people, enhanced our technology and continued building a business designed for long-term, sustainable growth.
As we move into the second half of the year, our focus remains unchanged: delivering high-quality commercial advice, developing exceptional people and continuing to build a consultancy that combines technical expertise with intelligent use of technology to deliver better outcomes for our clients.

THE SCIENCE OF QUANTIK™
Publications
Apprentice Quantity Surveyor Sam Kidd recently visited the Reds10 factory in Driffield, gaining valuable insight into modern methods of construction.
During the visit, Sam observed live production across the factory floor, where multiple stages of the modular build process were taking place simultaneously. This provided a clear understanding of how units progress efficiently from initial assembly through to completion.
Sam also had the opportunity to explore completed concept units, offering a practical view of the finished product and overall quality. Discussions with the Reds10 team further enhanced this experience, giving deeper insight into the design, construction, and delivery of modular units.
The visit highlighted the key benefits of off-site manufacturing, particularly in improving efficiency, consistency, and programme certainty within construction projects.
We extend our thanks to the Reds10 team for their time and for hosting such an informative visit.
