Q3 Business Update: Building Momentum for the Future
The third quarter of 2026 has been an important one for Quantik, with continued progress across our people, client relationships, service offering and technology.
At the beginning of the year, we set out a clear ambition: to continue developing Quantik into a broader, full-service quantity surveying and commercial consultancy while retaining the personal, responsive approach that has always been central to the business.
As we close Q3, we are seeing that strategy increasingly translate into tangible progress.
Stronger client relationships
One of the most encouraging developments during the quarter has been the continued strengthening of our client relationships.
Our focus has increasingly been on developing long-term relationships with organisations where we can add genuine value across multiple areas of our expertise. This is creating opportunities to support clients on increasingly interesting, complex and high-profile projects.
Repeat instructions and referrals continue to play an important role in our growth, while relationships are increasingly being developed across the wider Quantik team rather than sitting with one individual.
This is an important part of building a stronger and more resilient business, and reflects the quality of work being delivered by the team.
A broader Quantik
Our range of work also continues to develop.
Throughout Q3, the team has been involved across our growing portfolio of services, including Quantity Surveying, Bills of Quantities, Construction Claims, Commercial Advisory, Adjudication, Restructuring & Insolvency and Expert Witness services.
That breadth is significant.
It gives our team exposure to different types of projects, clients and commercial challenges, while allowing Quantik to support organisations at different stages of the construction and project lifecycle.
It also means we are increasingly able to bring together expertise from different parts of the business when a client requires more than one form of support.
Investing in our people
Our team has continued to strengthen during the quarter, alongside a deliberate focus on creating opportunities for people to take greater responsibility and develop professionally.
As Quantik grows, responsibility is increasingly being shared across the business. Team members are leading client relationships, delivering challenging commissions and becoming involved in work that stretches their experience and develops new skills.
We have also continued investing in the wider employee experience, including improvements to our benefits and reward package.
Building a strong business requires a strong team, and developing that team remains central to our plans for the future.
Developing technology around the way quantity surveyors actually work
Technology remains another major area of investment.
During Q3, we reached an important milestone in the development of Quantik's document intelligence platform.
The technology is being developed around the practical requirements of quantity surveyors and commercial professionals. It is designed to help our team navigate large volumes of project information, identify and retrieve relevant information more efficiently and ultimately support both productivity and quality assurance.
Rather than adopting technology for technology's sake, our approach is to identify where it can genuinely improve the way our people work and the service our clients receive.
The platform has now progressed into wider internal testing, with feedback from the team helping shape the next stages of development.
Joining the wider conversation about AI and construction
Our work with technology is also creating conversations beyond Quantik.
Throughout the year we have increasingly been speaking with clients and senior industry leaders about artificial intelligence, what it could mean for construction and, importantly, how businesses can approach it practically.
These discussions are helping us build stronger relationships while contributing to a much wider industry conversation about how AI could change professional services and the built environment.
Looking ahead
There is plenty still to come.
Work is progressing on our new website, our technology continues to develop and we are already beginning to shape our plans for 2027 and beyond.
What is particularly encouraging at the end of Q3 is how the different elements of our strategy are beginning to connect: a stronger team, a broader range of services, deeper client relationships and technology designed around how we want to work.
There has been a significant amount of work behind the scenes to reach this point, particularly in developing relationships and creating the foundations for future growth.
We head into the final quarter of 2026 with strong momentum and, most importantly, a clear sense of where Quantik is going next.
