Hawkswell Kilvington Construction Law- Construction Law Update 2025

This morning, Associate Director Andy Shaw attended Hawkswell Kilvington Construction Law’s
seminar covering the Construction Law Update 2025 at Leeds United’s Elland Road stadium.

The session offered valuable insights into key industry developments, including recent adjudication and contract decisions, the latest rulings on building safety and remediation, and updates on payment issues and “smash and grab” adjudications.

It was a great opportunity to hear from experts and stay informed on the legal changes shaping the construction sector in 2025.
