Fair Work Charter

We’re pleased to share that Quantik joined the West Yorkshire Fair Work Charter — a regional initiative that promotes better standards in work and employment. For us, joining the Charter is a way to publicly stand behind something we already believe in: that fair, respectful, and supportive workplaces lead to better outcomes for everyone — our people, our clients, and our community. The Charter outlines a set of principles around fair pay, security, opportunity, wellbeing, and having a voice at work. These aren’t new ideas to us, but having a shared standard across the region helps raise the bar and gives us something to keep aiming for as we grow. At Quantik, this means:

• Making sure pay is fair and transparent
• Giving people the chance to develop and progress
• Creating a workplace where people feel supported, listened to, and treated with respect
• Focusing on long-term stability, not just short-term wins
