Tom Haley, Managing Director recently completed the Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd Bond Solon Expert Witness Certificate, further strengthening Quantik’s growing expertise in this area.

Having already achieved the RICS Expert Witness Certificate, Tom approached this course with some initial reservations. However, being designed and delivered by legal professionals, the training offered valuable insights from the perspective of those working on the other side of the courtroom.

The programme covered key areas including civil law and procedure, expert report writing, courtroom skills, and cross-examination. This experience has enhanced the way we prepare and present expert evidence, bringing greater clarity, structure, and impartiality to our work.
